it's been a big week...

on July 3rd our little Harlow rolled over. i was playing with her inside to get out of the heat. she was laying on her back. then on her side. then she was on her belly. i almost didn't even notice it since it was so slow and something she hadn't done before. i mean...it was a total fluke that she rolled over. but she rolled over nonetheless.

this past week has shown vast differences in the little one. of course, i am at work and missing half of it. but at night i spend hours with her and she is like a totally different baby. interacting like crazy...smiling..."talking"...reaching for things. in fact - she even picked up a toy last night!!! i have been sitting with her and her baby lion trying to get her to grasp it. last night she picked him right up and brought him to her mouth. it was like she had been picking him up for months and it was no big deal. man, i love this baby!
