piece de resistance!!!

get out of town. just found these perfect little furry numbers. can't wait to pair them with gold lame' leggings!

we finished the natural birthing class last week and the breastfeeding class. was hoping to take hypnobirthing but i may just try the CDs that Searah is going to send our way (if Dawn ever pops out her bundle of joy). Grandma Kelly suggests some lamaze classes to learn some breathing techniques. perhaps i will look into those today. other than that, things are good. i am tired and it's not fun breathing but i feel great. i think the four classes a week at the gym are a godsend. dance tonight, woot woot!

i have to have yet another ultrasound in a few weeks. the baby keeps spinning around in there and the midwives keep reading the results of that spinning as "breech." i don't trust it though, i feel pretty in tune to the little guy and i am 99% sure those are it's feet kicking up toward my head all night long. so no worries there. speaking of kicking - the little bugger was kicking so hard last night that it kicked through my stomach and woke Gwen up through her back. awesome.

i have a shopping problem

went shopping with Grammy Ashman and Aunty Jill a few weeks ago and came home with bags and bags of baby nonsense. i couldn't help myself. they were just too cute. plus, Old Navy was having a huge $.99 sale. so i only spent about $20 bones.

some of the fruits of my shopping starting with a vintage bathing suit that i bought over five years ago.

i think that this makes the sixth pair of overalls. oops.

and a cutey pie from Grammy Ashman...

who who

the cutest and softest owl ever. from Aunty Jill.

for the love of vintage

since the baby is still bumping along in the belly, i suppose i will post more clothing pics until it finally decides to come out (just 8 more weeks!!!). Gen made me promise not to post anymore nursery pictures until we are done. i am dying to show you all, it is just too cute. i find myself just sitting in there a lot. on to the clothing...

Heather got us a batch of vintage and used baby clothes at a thrift store recently. below are some of the gems. i especially love the red flannel with the aqua short shorts. Gen says it is an outfit that Nako would wear. our poor child.
