thank you Coya for recommending one and thank you Nikoletta for buying me one! i got a new Moby in the mail this week. each night i have tied on a sack of flour or sugar and walk all over the house testing new "holds." i can promise you - me at 8.75mo pregnant...in my undies...wrapped in a Moby...carrying sugar...is a site to see!

ReplyDeleteIt only really worked for us until Malone was about 4 months- by then the jersey fabric sagged when we put him in it.
We graduated to the BabyHawk which rocks my socks off these days. I use it every day, every where because I never lug a stroller around!
we have a moby too and love it, Ollie falls right asleep. cradle and a child's garden in noho have workshops for baby carrying - it has been helpful for us to find the right fit - but bags of sugar in undies sounds pretty funny.
ReplyDeleteI agree with NJ - we haven't pushed ollie in a stroller yet and it has made life out and about so much easier. (mei tai's are also great too, we have a catbird baby one)
i was obsessed with the Maya because they haave an orange silk one that is GORG but i am super glad i got the Moby. it has entertained me for over a week. now if only i could have the baby to put in it...
